PVI is a system engineering and manufacturing company specializing in high vacuum process equipment & technology. Our products include leading edge Thermal Processing Systems, Thin film Deposition Systems, Laser Sealing Systems, High Energy Plasma Source Ion Implantation / Surface Modification Systems, and Automated Test & Qualification Equipment.
Since 1981, PVI has designed & manufactured a
wide variety of automated vacuum processing systems for the flat panel display,
semiconductor, aerospace, medical, high purity material, automotive, and other
demanding industries. Our equipment includes batch, load-lock, in-line types of
processing systems for glass, ceramics, semiconductors, metals, and polymers.
PVI has developed strong technical, engineering, and manufacturing capabilities in several areas of vacuum process technology. A large percentage of the systems which we manufacturer are custom designed for unique applications. PVI delivers turn-key systems & provides on-going support for our products, worldwide.
Our technical staff has many years of experience in the design, manufacturing and operation of automated vacuum processing equipment. We have developed processing systems for components such as Fiber Optics, Interference Filters, Aircraft Canopies, Silicon Wafers, Solar Panels, Continuous Polymers & Metal Foils, Automotive & Medical Components, …etc.
PVI has facilities located in Oxnard, CA which include a Class 100 Cleanroom equipped with several R&D vacuum systems, and over 10,000 sq. ft of manufacturing space.
